Creating a log file
If you installed MailWasher Server to the default location a log file is created in
C:\Program Files\MailWasher Enterprise Server\logs\
Go to the user interface >> SETTINGS >> GENERAL >> LOGGING
Change the Log Level to High. Please zip this directory up and send it to us at mwes-support@firetrust.com
